Banding – wood inlays of contrasting colors and/or grains that adds decorative elements to wood furniture.

Bonnet Top – These are broken arched decorative elements that adorn the tops of headboards, curios or china cabinets.

Blockfront Chests – These are entertainment centers, book cases or china cabinets with three sections – one that’s deeper or higher and two that sit on either side adding dimension.

Egyptian Cotton – This refers to cotton grown only in Egypt and is considered very high quality due to its lack of linting and softer feel.

Glazing – Part of the color development during finishing process that allows wood furniture to highlight the grain characteristics.
